I wonder why no one wants to make one? It's a no brainier to me. As many forum members that have seen these photos and wanted one, it seems stupid not to make one and take orders.
But who am I to question money making opportunities.

The Sti guys make them like crazy . If I end up making the fins I will most likely destroy it when Pete comes out with his . I have a weak spot for carbon

The big thing that I know is that putting a functional diffuser on the back boxes in the heat from the exhaust which could damage the transmission and differential. Work arounds for this are expensive as your only real options are trans and diff coolers or sidepipes...

the biggest issue I think is that our rear bumpers are one piece. The bottom valence would have to be cut out for any diffuser to really work.
Also, aside from that, my car is lowered on LG coilovers and as much as I would love a diffuser like the one above, I'd have no chance of getting a jack under the rear without having to remove the diffuser.

I'm sure a good looking diffuser would not detur people from purchasing if they had to tske 1 extra step to jack up the rear by jacking the side slightly.

seriously you can jack up the side with a scissor jack then put your floor jack underneath. I have to do that now anyway with how low I have mine up front
