XXX Rootbeer Corvette Show......Lots of Vettes
This is my favorite show to go to each year. A couple hundred Vettes show up, enter the show, park on the streets nearby. It's great.
The food and atmosphere is great as well.
For Lunch I had a 49 Woody with Piston Rings. (Read the menu at http://www.triplexrootbeer.com/ and that will make sense. LOL)
My favorite vette at the show was the #3 C6RS. Very nice car. From what I heard, the owner used to have a ZR1, sold it and then bought the C6RS from the guy it was built for. (Again, this is what I heard). But that car won best in show as well.
I didn't win anything, but if there would have been a trophy for "person that got asked the most questions about their seats" then I would win. LOL

Some great pics. Was nice to see some folks I hadn't seen in awhile, Bruno, Joe & Fred.
Wife and I went and had a great time. She managed to take 1st in the C5 coupe class and I got a 2nd with the NRB Z06.

Safety Car
It was a great show. My C6 was one out on the street not entered or even there all day. I like to look not be part of the show. There are so many Vettes on the local streets your arm gets tired waving. This is the best show around IMHO.

Nice shots OP. I saw your C5 and it looked great, very clean. I noticed an abundance of yellow C6Z's which was cool cause i've been thinking about those also yeah that light blue GS was beautiful. I was the young kid with the C5 shirt and yellow coupe parked sideways at the entrance.
