Catch Can on '03 Z06?
Would an aftermarket catch can be a good idea for a stock '03 Z06? I know the breather system was improved in '03, but does it work well enough, or is it better to install a catch can.

What I was hoping to find out is whether a catch can is beneficial for a stock DD Z06, or is it only needed for modified engines and/or track conditions.

I have an Elite Engineering catch can on my stock '03 coupe and it does keep a good amount of oil from entering the intake area. IMO, well worth the money to keep the oil out.

I also have an Elite catch can and you'd be surprised how much oil accumulates in it. Even more surprising is that even though there is oil in the can, the oil level on the dipstick never changes. BTW, my car is an '03 Z06 too.

any car will benefit from a catch can... you won't notice a horsepower increase or anything like that but if you have a good can you won't have any nasty buildup inside your intake manifold and head ports

Glass Can
I installed this one and am really happy. I do not drive very hard and it still catches a good amount of oil.
