YaHoo, Fixed my headlight shake.
Well I got tired of having a little shake in my headlights and after looking at it I noticed that the bucket stops had a lot of play in them, They were warn, Cracked and very brittle.
So what I did was order replacements from a web site and they came in the other day, Well I wanted this fixed and replaced them all today.
I have to tell you, These are a really nice item, Not sure what they are made of, But they are not brittle at all, They might be made of UHMW which is a very durable product.
I did a test, I had 1 new one from another forum vendor and the set from another website.
What I did just to see how they will hold up under extreme pressure I hit both with a hammer a number of times just to see and the one from the other vendor was wasted when I got done and the one from another website was still like new.

Here is a picture of the 2 I hit with the hammer and you can see the one on the left wasn't phased at all and the one on the right didn't hold up at all.
Here are a couple of pictures of the new set installed, They are a perfect fit and best of all when my lights are open I have no movement.
Another great product from another website, I also have his Headlight gears on the Vette and the WS6. No issues at all.
I am a happy camper.

If you want more info pm me.
To replace all of them on both headlights you need 8.

Thanks for the heads up. I was getting ready to install his gear set any day now, but will order these tonight as 13 years is pushing it - especially since I have the heavier Euro Headlamp units!

I know it's kind of a pain now, but did you happen to take video of before and after? I want to get the radioflyer ACA bixenons but the shake always kept me from pulling the trigger
