I'm at work and I read the entire thread. Gotta love being so close to deployment while so many people are on leave.

Just an awesome thread. I might do this after deployment but paying someone seems to be so much easier.

Yes, you could pay someone and simply pick it up and drive it. But then what have you learned? Yes it's a pain, confusing at times, aggravating at others, but your knowledge base grows tremendously! Don't be one of those who don't have a clue.

Rick,

I know what you mean. I did my headers all the way back to straight pipes, RPM transmission, entire interior, clutch/flywheel/pressure plate and a bunch of maintenance.

But that pales in comparison to what you just did.

Great thread, thanks.

Dumb question for ya.

I bought an 04 with a Pro-Charger installed. What all do I need to remove to replace the belt?

You should start a new thread in the F/I section and get a better chance at another member who is familiar with your set-up to answer your questions.

And also post pics of it.

Oh man, you are so screwed! LOL! I tried JB Weld, epoxy, then drilled out and installed a brass nipple...nothing really works well for very long.

Just buy a new radiator and be done with it.

I just installed a "Murray" branded unit....made in China with a lifetime warranty from O'Reilly's Auto Parts for $166, while at it also installed new radiator hoses. Works like a charm, no heat issues.

The warranty is why I went with the same radiator for mine instead of the OEM replacement. OEM warranty is only 12 months/12,000 miles and it costs twice as much if ordered through the dealer.
