Opinion (Dual or Quad)

I like them both. I went with the dual setup since the Borla XR1 system only came with the dual tip setup. If you go with the dual setup though, you really need an exhaust plate to fill the empty void area.

I don't care for dual exhausts that are close together with no seperation between the two sides.

You could also opt for a single exhaust, but that might be a little more work to get that to fit

Normally I prefer Quad, BUT B&B Bullets have huge tips that stick way out, and dual actually looks better on them, as opposed to other exhausts like the Borla Stingers where the tips are normal sized and more flush.

Quad Oval, end of story. The circular ones kind of clash with some of the C5's lines in my opinion (especially our oval tail lights).

You really should go with what ever you like you know. I just sold my B&B PRT Quad Rounds and ordered LG Big 3 with dual tips like I mentioned earlier, though I like both setups but again that's me. Here are a couple pics of dual tips to gander at.. Not sure how wide I want mine apart. Def not too wide.. It's hard to decide sometimes.lol

Exhaust outlets ?
I agree 100%. There's something about the rear fascia and duels that just don't look right for me at least. I suppose since the C5 came with the quad setup I got use to it, but once I went with the quad setup on my Corsa Pace car exhaust I knew it was the right choice.

In my opinion, duals make it look like you're trying too hard. It makes the car look too ricer.
Yes, quads are the way to go - just make sure there's space between the pairs.
Here's a comment on the C7 General section regarding their "four in a row" quads:

I never cared for the Corsa Tiger Shark look. To me, they seem pretentious. They draw attention to the fact that Corvette has four exhaust tips.
I can hear people now, "Oh, now Corvette needs FOUR tailpipes??"
Huh-LOW!! Corvette has had 4 pipes for years! But with some separation between the two pairs, it makes it less obvious.

i think the quads are more corvette like because thats how they come and people have gotten accustomed to them, so the duals are just a way to make yours a little different. as far as making it look too ricer no offense, we all have our opinions. i should be getting the borla xr-1 system pretty soon, i've currently got quad PRTs which are sweet, but i've liked the look of the dual tips as well so figured i'd give it a shot and see how it goes. the video Johnz02Z06 put up was really helpful
