2003 electronblue

My key fobs both of them will work opening the trunk and will lock but not open the driver door but move the seat, do nothing with the other door and im wondering why it all started when i opened the passenger door and locked it manually that seemed to threw off everything has anyone had this problem? i reset both fobs but they did'nt need it...
