Default What to do to CNC 243's to go with Torquer V2

Starting with a stock intake/headers 04Z 80k miles. Drivetrain is built already.

Priority
1: reliability/durability over time
2: power

Parts in hand:
Torquer V2 cam 232/234 .595"/.598" 112 or 113 LSA
PRC .650 titanium dual valvesprings
texas speed 7.400 pushrods
trunion upgrade kit for stock rockers
new oem water pump
ls2 chain/sprocket set
sfi dampener

I eventually want to auto-x with the car, I'm trading my heads for 243's with some cnc work and I'm wondering what else I should have done to them to maximize power gains for the money spent such as bumping the compression or larger valves, I don't know much about modding heads so any advice is great. The shop doing the heads recommended to go to standard steel valves instead of the sodium filled for durability purposes. I'm thinking I should also be replacing lifters (what kind should I get?) and trays, anything else I should do? Thanks for the help guys.

Shave them to bump compression up b/t 11:1 - 11.3:1 this will gain approx 10hp and increase low rpm power as well and improve economy. Be sure to check piston to valve clearance.

May need to go with different push rod.

for auto-x you defiantly want low end and fast throttle response

Good Luck
