Oh....i did NOT stop any of the vettes cruising rather quickly on I-240 as i was unfortunately driving a Dodge Charger with lots of pretty blue lights, wishing i was driving MY Vette.....;-)
Isn't that guy with the black shirt on name Kevin or George Orville something like that. :-) really I didn't hear anything about it either until the day before and I was working Sunday keeping the rest of the city safe so you could play on Beale Street :-). I'm in the middle of a look change on my c6 which will probably **** off some of the purists, but its my vette.....

Burning Brakes
This show is with the International Council of Corvettes. This is a quarterly get together and is the 9th year they've been on Beale St.
Lot's of great Vettes and good people.

Glad to see everyone had a great time. I attended back in 2006 and even had the honor of winning the Stock C5 class that year.....my first show win !!!!!

Irv...I caught the pictures early today however, I was toweling the car and talking with others that were coming in and forgot to respond until now.
Great pictures my friend, and it was a great time seeing you, Timmy, and the ladies as always! It was a fun show.

To see all the vettes lining the street that represents everything that is real in music is almost too much! Memphis has been the inspiration for several of my recordings. I even did some there. Now I need to get into a studio and record a corvette song. Thanks so much for sharing.
