Alignment specs

I remember someone posting the proper alignment specs for the C5. Rather than adjusting it to the recommended range + / - I searched but didn't find it.
Anyone have these specs?

what do you want the car to do? the specs change depending on if you're more concerned with tire wear, turn in or traction
