I just purchased the 2001 triple black and I loaded the CD player in the trunk with 8 cd's. I can't seem to get the cd to play. I hit CD on the console and nothing plays. Are my cd's in upside down? I have the label up towards the Instruction Box. Also, how do I select the cd to play?

Labels go down. Load bottom up. I have an 03 so the head unit is probably different but I hit aux to go into playing cds, then hit number 2 on the headunit to change which cd is playing and << or >> to advance or backup tracks on that cd.

oh, and pscan puts it into "random" mode.

Look through the slide door and down into the bottom for anything that may have fallen into the player. My '01 (coincidently) had a penny that had fallen in and caused the player not to work. Worked fine once it was removed.
