Default 03 TR Z 16k miles, whats it worth?

Just got it about 3k miles ago and tossing around the idea of a newer Z or the new z28, what is my Z worth?
2003 50th anniversary Z
Torch Red
16,xxx miles
-Suede C6 ****/shift boot
-RSD Snap Shifter
-iSimple Ipod connection to factory radio
-Trunk partition with Z06 Emblem
-NGK plugs / Taylor wires
-Halltech CAI
-Dynatech Lts non-catted
-B&B bullets or Ti catback
-Lowered on aftermarket bolts
-OEM 17/18 Z16 wheels(new) with 275/40 and 315/35 Tires
-Front plate screen mod
-Depo corners
-Street Tune by Reckart
-20% Tint on sides and rear
-Shorty antenna

Only issues are passenger window works intermittently. I have a new motor and regulator but I never have a passenger so it doesn't bother me. The dynatech longtubes will rub every now and then and you can hear it, from what ive read its common with a lot of C5s. Couple small paint chips hardly noticeable.

Prepare yourself to be disappointed with people's responses.

Do you mind divulging what you paid for it?

what kind of condition is it in? the cars people are paying for are the non modded, driven on weekends perfect condition cars, and or modded cars with 40k in them, forged motors, reinforced everything and ready to go

you will be able to get at least NADA clean trade even with some flaws, issues or track time. just depends on what you want to get out of it

a local dealer had a similar car at 24k over the winter. they still have it and oddly raised the price to 26k for spring. i guess if it doesn't sell at 24k, ask more

i have seen a LOT of z06s sell in the 15-20k price bracket these past few months. none as low of mileage as yours but again, condition trumps mileage every time. any potential buyer will want to figure out how you have driven the car, why the mileage is so low and what they are getting. typically low mileage cars this old are track cars or garage queens

FWIW I bought a yellow/black 03 with 13k miles on it at the beginning of March. I paid $25.5k and I realize for some people I overpaid, BUT I was searching for a yellow car with low mileage and a late 03 or 04 production.

I couldn't find a better deal myself having looked for about 4 months prior...

depends. i think that's fair if it's a garage queen, hasn't been tracked and is in pristine condition.

if it was 13k of track miles i would say it was over priced

Sold an unmodded 02 z06 58k for $21k this past weekend. Honestly there was three people ready to buy the car.

Contrary to popular forum opinions and prices, a nice example like yours should fetch 28k as spring is rolling in!

If it doesnt remove the mods, put it back stock and sell for 26k and sell the aftermarket stuff seperate.

Some people tend to forget low mile unmolested z examples will always fetch a premium over a 40k mile car.

Once they hit 60k miles the price does drop a fair amount.

Btw Red is the best color! Hence my partiality.

.
it's condition. on paper i have seen similar cars to what you sold go for 16k. then you look the car over and realize why. it's not at all the same quality as a 21k car with the same mileage

that's what makes this net mileage money talk hard to do.

Agree....but lets be honest low mileage cars always fetch higher dollar amounts.

The main problem with these cars now is loan value. Most people can not turn loose of the 10-12 cash to get these things financed.

I know corvettes and colt handguns and in vgc both demand premiums to the right clientele.

THanks for the responses. Id say it was a garage queen. I dont race it nor have I had it on any track. I have DR on it because I got tired of spinning the tires in 2nd and
3rd giving it half throttle on the way home from work. It sits on the weekend and I drive 3 miles to and from work everyday with a car meet on the weekends. Ive taken a couple short trips in it. I baby the car and wash it twice a week.

Here is the original thread where I got it.
