Well it's not a great picture but it's what I have and it's the best you have so far.
It's an Alpine 102. Inexpensive but Alpine uses the same tuner and amp in all of their Head Units so the sound quality is there. I have mine hooked up to an Alpine KTP 445 amp. (it's like the amps of old where it plugs into the HU and the wiring then plugs into the amp. Plug and play and has 45 continuous amps)
Speakers are 6.5 JBL in front and 6x9 JBL in back for bass. It won't win a stereo championship but it suits me fine.

Le Mans Master
I now have a double din, but here is a picture of my old setup. I was using the Bose speakers at the time with the Soundgate GMCRV2 adapter. I thought it sounded good, better than the stock headunit. I actually loved the headunit, actually was nicer for controlling your iPad than the expensive Kenwood touch screen I have now.

Alpine + cupholders
Alpine CDE-HD137BT and KTP-445A (hiding above passenger footwell) driving Pioneer TS-D1720C 6.5" component set front, PPI Sedona 5.25" coax set rear. Subwoofer is an Earthquake SWS-10X in a VetteNuts corner sub box, waiting for an NVX MVPA1 which I think I can stealth mount inside the waterfall. Mounting bracket is Metra 99-3900 single DIN + EQ.
In the EQ slot, a spring loaded cupholder from a
fits in perfectly after flush cutting some excess plastic. I apologize for this bastardization in advance...
But now I can use a drive-thru again.

Kenwood unit from Dennis at Double D mods. Great setup and I'm still using the stock Bose speakers. Love the Bluetooth with mic and iPhone setup.

Banned Scam/Spammer
This is a Pioneer flip out w/DVD. Nothing on the face. I use the remote for everything while driving. I also put LEDs behind the Z06 logo so at night it is very lightly highlighted.
Oh, and the panel for the gauges was custom made "Beer Panel". The red led on the panel lights when the meth turns on.

I'm going to pull it out again this weekend to get some pics and see if I can eliminate my DIN spacer, but the radio depth gets shallower at the top because of the HVAC housing. As it stands right now, some cups rest on my volume ****, and larger ones can actually bring enough force to bear to actually press the button. If I can flatten out the radio harness connector and eliminate the spacer, that should be alleviated. One other thing, the factory bracket between the a/c controller and the upper portion needs to be either flattened or cut out. I cut mine out with a mini hacksaw, the kind with the blade hanging free on one end.

A new head unit really wakes up the Bose system. However, I don't think the GMCRV2 adapter is available anymore, so I was lucky to get one when I did. Still needs a subwoofer though.

I'm thinking you can buy the Corvette emblem and a regular single din kit - then attach the emblem to the front
