The first in late model Corvette bolt on long tube header kits, are proud to bring you yet another header kit in our Super Pro line. This year we are introducing the 1 7/8" C5 Super Pro header to follow beside our original 1 3/4 that started it all!
Like all Super Pro headers, these feature thick header flanges with huge 1 7/8" primary openings flowing into our famous merge collector with built in fire cone for the ultimate in HP gains! All headers come with factory AIR injection fittings, and dipstick hold down bungs. Front 02 sensor bungs are included at the collector as well.
The mid section uses a high flow Siamese design X pipe that continues at 3" all the way back to the muffler flanges like all LG header kits. Rear 02 sensor bungs are included into the X pipe. No welding, no cutting, completely bolt on start to finish!
All kits will include multilayer metal header gaskets, all required 02 sensor adapters/extension, clamps an any needed hardware.
MSRP $1695.95 w/o cats and $1995.95 w/high flow cats
All kits will be supplied with off-road pipes, even cat systems.
Fits 1997-2004 C5 and C5 Z06

Depends on the car and setup. We have been doing the development work on a RHS 434 with a F1X Procharger. On that car running our Big 3 muffler kit we have seen another 30 rwhp but it is pushing over 900 rwhp at this time, and still has a bit more left in the car. If we were talking about a stock LS6 with a cam, I would still suggest the 1 3/4's.
