I think they look good with my Caravaggio rear spoiler and add to the wrap around look.

Plus, they proved "functional" when I installed my side cove screens!

Geez, all you needed was a couple dabs of hot glue, instead of all those rubber bands!

This car was in a local parade. I don't know if he's a forum member or not but I'm guessing he would vote Yae!

I vote hell yes!! IMO, they add to the looks as well as protect the doors from the dreaded ding! Id rather have them than not.

I say bo for both. The smooth lines of the C5 say enough.

Mine were on it when I bought the car and although I've been tempted many times to remove them, I think they give a bit of credence to the spears on my spoiler.

Mine had them when I got it. I like them both ways, but mine are staying on.

Even though I tend to lean towards no BSMs, yours does does look very very nice, spoiler spear or no spoiler spear. That is one nice looking Corvette. Love the wheels. Love the stance. Would look even better with a body colored roof.

I don't think I would remove BSMs if they were on, and like the look without.

...+ wheelskin + caliber covers = visual sensory overload!!!

Make mine: without!

Don't forget, that BSM's add downforce!

I like both. I have em, but might take em off. "Mudflaps" seem cheesy, but I think I'm going to put some on when I ad flared rear fenders.

I like them both ways, and see no reason to remove mine. I'd rather repaint a BSM then deal with a damaged door any day. Plus, from what I've read they provide a small aero benefit. Who knows if its true...

I actually wanted one with those when I was in the market. I bought one without them. I think they look fine either way. Some hate them with a passion

Let me stir the pot a little - I read awhile back on this forum that even though they do provide some door ding protection their main purpose is to add additional downward forces at higher speed .............

This should keep this thread alive longer

Bought my '03 with them last summer, but really prefer the clean look. I've sat on the fence up until now, but after seeing all the pictures in this thread, I think I'm going to remove them. What is the process?

Gary
