Not much that I'm aware of besides removing it. That underhood light wiring doesn't like to be tapped into for some reason.
it seems to shut off after a while. Definitely when the hood is open too long.
Installed the footwells and trunk today, can't wait for night time! Easy installation except for the balky inline taps.

Since I recently purchased the footwell lights, I now have to do more of the lighting. It's not only much brighter but it's a cleaner light. Unfortunately I can now see every speck of dirt on the floor.

it really adds a nice custom touch. As you can imagine, I have no stock bulbs in my C5
Need to order 2 sets for interior and 2 sets for side coves,vent in extractor hood and rear exhaust plate. All in red. Ordered the led upgrades for the hud, dic and door switches from you and love them. So much brighter than stock. So that should be $60.00 correct.
