I bought a couple W211 emergency jacks out of Mercedes E320 & E500 off Ebay for my C5 & C6. They will fit in the rear side compartments and I can guarantee they will lift the car up. A friend had to borrow mine when he ripped a hole in his oil pan when we were up at Tail of the Dragon last Spring and worked great on his lowered C5.

Here's how it looks in use.

After reading all the responses here, I'll give you guys a wave as I go buy in my runflats. No, I'm just kidding. I would stop to watch.

Heres a jack I use in all my cars when doing a road trip, whether it's the 70 or the 04 I'm driving.
It's from california car cover.

I even used this on my boat trailer once.
I carry a small block of wood to give it more height if need be.

I was going to bitch about the Mercedes jack costing $50 to $60. Now, the price of the Mercedes jack seems cheap.
