Negative. Only for the turn signals and LED tail lights NOT equipped with resistors (the HALO tail lights have built-in resistors)

Will this harness fix the hyperflash problem with LED lights installed just in the rear of the car?

I installed a set of Halo LEDs rear lights from JWmotoring and now having the turn signal hyperflash problem.

yes, the harness will fix that problem.

Will this fix the regular turn signal intermitent flash issue like the others do?

I currently have no brake lights and the hazard switch is the main suspect.

I cannot guarantee that. Have you checked the brake light fuse (gotta ask)

Personally I cannot verify that this will work as I have not done it myself. According to posts, it seems like it would work.

If you're willing to try, I would give you a $20 discount off the harness to experiment. If it works, I can then market the harness as a fix for your issue as well.
