Finding a cure for the Corvette blues....
I'm happy with where I live but man would it be cool to have more sunny, dry weather! Lack of seat time in my C5Z has givin me a bit of the blues my friends. I'm in search of answers for a cure. So far I've found this.....
FORZA 4! For X-Box 360. I went out and bought a game pack that came with a copy (An introductory copy, only 320 cars ) and got to it! I have a car just like mine on here thats built pretty nice I shall say myself I also want to build one with the LS7 swap!
If anyone wants to race I go by the name FruiTay..... Bring it on

I've been huge into racing simulators for a long time, and here's my current setup: PS3 with Gran Turismo 5, Logitech G27, and Wheel Stand Pro.
It's a little bit spendy, but a blast! Fair warning: still waiting to buy my first corvette (looking to buy in the spring), but I must say the realism seems SPOT ON. They aren't kidding when they say it's the ultimate racing simulator. I think this setup is a great tool to fine tune one's racing skills, and to fully understand the power of these beasts. Gran Turismo 5 doesn't have a stock C5, but does have a C5 Z06. I play with all assists off and I can't tell you how many times I've fishtailed or spun out coming out of a turn in 2nd. Definitely helps me appreciate the power, and while it won't turn me into a professional driver, I'm hoping once I sit behind the wheel of my own corvette, it'll already feel familiar!
If anyone else is interested in looking for a setup like this, feel free to shoot me a PM with any questions, I did a lot of research!

Melting Slicks
It's not the temps as they are quite mild all Winter, but the relentless rain is why mines asleep right now. It just seems that any sun we get for the next few months are just breaks between storms!

Have you driven a "real" Corvette? The real things are infinitely more fun, even at a fraction of video game speeds. Besides, nobody does the wave on video games.

Thankfully I don't spend any time playing video games.

I used to be pretty damn good at GT3 if I don't say so myself Racing a Formula car on Nurburgring was probably the most intense gaming I've ever controled. I am vperfectly happy with Forza though, its been a blast

I agree, that set up is sick! I saw that for $500 but I decided to buy a 360 since my friends were racing on LIVE.
