I replaced all of them back to the cheaper brand I saved. Had a firmer 'click' when attaching to the plug compared to the red ones. Running MUCH better now. I'm thinking that cylinder is firing more efficiently now.

Maybe a bad batch of wires? The ends just seemed too loose on the red ones. Any one else have bad experiences with the red wires?

Wasn't installation error. It was the wires. I have done hundreds of wire/plug changes with many different types of vehicles.
