Frick that im selling it! If there letting this get through quality control, I couldnt imaging what else is wrong!

JK, my FRC is off by a bit also. There must be a good reason for this non-sense.

Mine has the same problem; I thought it was the result of some idiot in a body shop somewhere.

It's an affordable mass-produced GM vehicle built in Kentucky. We are lucky the bumper lines up as good as it does. LOL

Went and looked at my '99-YUP, same. You'd think over a production run as long as the C5 they would have corrected it-NOT!

What you may perceive as a mis-alignment is actually a carefully engineered aerodynamic device; creates a mini vortex which helps evacuate air out of the wheel well area.

hey, it sounded good when I first thought it up!

Well, for what it is worth, my affordable daily driver Toyota Camry has perfectly-aligned bumper covers. LOL
