race ls1 stock zo6
I took my stock c5 with cai 6 speed Manuel vette out stop, at local gas station get some fuel seen a white c5 zo6, witch I seen before talked to guy who had before the new owner. who said it has 383 stroker.
anyway I went over talked talked to guy with vette I ask where did you get the car at I know who use to have it. he said local dealer previous owner traded in for cummins.
anyways he said had 383 stroker 450 so hp. i can tell it had a cam cai really loud exhaust. He asked you want race, I was said probley be a waste of my time I am stock plus you have 450hp. anyways we raced from 2 gear to 145 150 mph I couldn't believe I had 1 car on him tell 145mph 150 when I backed off. 383 stroker I have stock ls1 with cai. what going on here. I fig he would walk me hard like c6 z06 would walk a c5 stock ls1.

This isn't going to end well - might want to read up on posting street racing stories here on the forum. And unless the guy did not know how to drive that Z06, I find it hard to believe a stock C5 would come out on top of a 450 hp Z06.
Sounds like he does not know how to drive well.

383 Stroker is a terminlology often used for an old style 350 that has been upped a bit (400 crank). I suspect he hasn't a clue what he's got.
