Default OEM C6 Z06 Rims on a C5 Z06 (pics inside)

Just bought and put these on lets get some stuff straight before i post pics

1. Yes they stick out, its not that bad IMO
2. on a z06 or a c5 with brake duct tubing you will need to remove the tubing as it rubs
3. Kiss your paint goodbye (sandblasting)
4. sorry my car is dirty and swirly (getting to do a winter detail here soon)

some pictures of the fit

How they look

Overall I love them however im not to thrilled about the silver color so I am going to get them painted or powder coated Satin Black (that should look wicked). Tires are michelin pilot sports 345/30/19 on the rear and 275/30/19 on the front...and yes I need to lower it a tad more

I think it looks sharp!! Probably because I have the knockoff C6Z rims on my 01Z. And they also are silver (alloy). Clean it up and take a good look at it when its fresh. These style wheels are a common upgrade for these cars. Enjoy!!

Those are 345s? They hardly stick out for that much tire. Stock was 325s...seems like they would tuck. That doesn't look bad at all.

I like the style of the wheels and I like them in silver. Black wheels seem to be a trend started by ricers that are just getting too common and I don't think they make your car look any better. It just looks like you've got dirty wheels. As far as lowering your car any more, you are going to have to be careful because your tires are going to hit the fenders on deep bumps. It could cause damage.

You would think they would stick out a lot more. Any idea how much inbound clearance there is? I'm guessing not much since the brake ducts had to go. Not like they do much anyway. lol

I have a C6Z so I did research when looking for tire replacement. The 345 michelin tires are almost identical in width to the 325 goodyear. The 335 nittos are actually similar in size if not smaller than stock.
