Default Anyone remove their rear emblem?? Pics?

Was driving behind another Z the other day and never noticed how much the trunk emblem stands out...has anyone taken theirs off? If so, any pics to share? Is it just adhesive or has holes?

It is just adhesive, no holes.

Had mine off for a few days, realized I had nowhere to push the trunk closed without leaving fingerprints. LOL Better to have the emblem/logo than to have fingrprints on the trunklid.

It's adhesive. I removed mine last week. Looks very clean. Just use a piece of fishing line and pull it back and forth on the underside of the emblem, comes right off. Then some elbow grease to get the adhesive off.

Any pics?

My only hang up is if I wanted to put it back on getting it centered perfectly

Mine has been gone for years. It makes it easier to wash/wax that area.

I like the emblems on the car, but a number of owners have taken them off. Still a good look even without the emblems.

Yah, I know. I don't get it either. But, I guess it's to keep people guessing as to what make of car it is. Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe it's called the "murdered" or "murdered-out" look. Not sure.

The car says Corvette on the front plate filler, corvette emblem on the nose, Z06 on the fenders, corvette emblem on the trunk, and corvette on the rear...I think taking off one emblem doesnt say im "ashamed"

Murdered or murdered-out would be if you have a black car with all black wheels and everything black then it would me "murdered". I just call removing the emblems "shaved" or "de-badged".
