I usually get about 9/10 who like it (gas cap) and the odd one who doesn't. Doesn't bother me, I love it. Get lots of compliments on it. Maybe it looks better in person...and the stainless steel would look out of place.

Those dark shorts do their best to cover up the greatness of that booty to be honest...
