Read it when I got my C5 a couple of years ago. The vast majority of the gripes you see posted on these forums about "why did they do this?" or "why didn't they do this?" are answered in this book. It is a must read if you want to understand the C5. Also, it is an insight into how the sausage was made. Shocking to many who don't realize that is how most organizations really work (including every one I've ever worked for).
