Default C6 z06 wheels on c5 coupe

First time starting a thread.

There is a guy near me selling z06 wheels off a c6. They are 18"-19" I currently have 17"-18". What size tires can or should I run on the new z06 wheels? Will this hurt my ride quality? Also looking for tire recommendations. I currently have continental extreme contact and seem ok but I would like a much stickier tire.

P.S. This forum rocks!!! You guys are great.

Good advice by 8VETTE7. Having the tires stick out past the fenders would be IMO.

Default I have Original C6 Zo6 wheels

They do fit... yes they stick out a bit on rear. but not as bad as people think. I get a lot of compliments that it looks aggressive.

enjoy

I had them on mine for awhile. They look great, but mine had the run flats... rode like crap... and it did bother me that they stuck out.

which is why i started a thread about this very subject.

https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...only-pics.html

what it looks like is subjective. if you like it, that's all that matters.
