Thanks for the pics, that first one on the twistie should be an ad for GM. I'd suggest you get a bra to keep the bugs off, especially for summer trips. I have a gm bra and recomend it. Happy Trails

Wow small world. The wife and I were on vacation leaving Tampa and heading up to horse country in Kentucky. And of cource we stopped in Bowling Green for the Corvette Musem & the Plant tour. We stayed on the main strip in Bowling Green along with all the guys with the antique cars. They were in town for the car show. So the guys you ran into out west we were hanging out with in Bowling Green!

Looks like you folks covered some great country and made some fine memories. My favorite Corvette, prior to my current '02 was a Yellow '75 coupe but I've never owned a convertible.

Thanks for sharing and keep in touch,

Okie

Thanks for the kind words and comments.

It was a great trip I will always remember. I took close to 500 pictures, many of them with the car in the picture. My birthday is coming up in August. My wife is going to take one of the pictures to a local artist and have her make a drawing of the car. I'm really looking forward it.

Glad you had a good trip. My wife and I did the Black Hills Corvette Classic 2 years ago. There were over 300 corvettes there. That was a great trip that I would like to repeat some day.
