Default Brake Pads, Hawk HPS vs AC Delco

Picking up a new set of Drilled/Slotted Rotors from Brakemotive for my 02 Vert from which I've read many positive reviews on and I don't want the ceramic pads that usually come with them. I not concerned about the dusting but I am on the fence with what semi metallic pads to get. I have the AC Delcos on now and the stopping is good but they do tend to squeak, especially the rears. So I was wondering if anyone went from the stock pads to the Hawk HPS and were you happy with them. I don't track my car or anything like that, just normal and sometimes spirited driving. I want a rotor friendly quiet pad that stops on a dime, so what do you guys think is a good match with the rotors I've purchased.

I run the HPS and love them. I also set quite a few members up here locally and they have nothing but good things to say about them.

I have a set of HPS pads with less than 100 miles on them if you are interested...

Completed the conversion to use front calipers on the rear and replaced all the rotors and used Hawk HPS pads all around. Have several hundred miles on them with great initial bite, smooth pedal, noiseless and minimal dust so far. Still early but satisfied at this point.

I ran HPS pads at the Texas Mile and had zero issues stopping at 180mph and we had a 1/2 mile to stop
