i dont know if 85,000 miles is really something to show? its not high like you drive it a lot....and its not low enough that makes it "rare"
I need to make one this year.
Also, this is something I just noticed...Does it make sense to put pictures of your car, in front of the car you are showing? lol i mean, its right there for them to see.

You can always make your poster with a smokin hot mini van as your back drop. . It will definitely be different.

I found the corvette font here.

Just an old version of Paint Shop. Copy/paste here and there. Add some text. Not too hard really. A little time consuming making it all straight though.
I see your mod list is like mine... Takes up most of the poster... We have to list this stuff at shows because people have no idea just how modified our cars are.
Very nice !
Nicely done ! Looks brand new with that kinda mileage

Thanks !
Thanks !
His lights are the same as mine. They are the ACA Projector headlights.
Get a photo editing program, and start playing.
You first need to determine what size poster you want to make. I like the 24"x18" sized posters. Much bigger and I can't get them in my trunk.
I started by making a backdrop, a single color (black). I made the backdrop the aspect ratio I wanted (1.333/1). I made my backdrop 3400x2550 pixels. My big picture I have is 3072x2304. It fit nicely over the black backdrop. This size works for poster sizes 24"x18" (or anything with the aspect ration of 1.333/1.
3400/2550 = 1.333 aspect ratio (My backdrop)
3072/2304 = 1.333 aspect ratio (My main photo)
24"/18" = 1.333 aspect ratio (Poster size I planned to print)
I hope that makes sense.
The photo shop you print at will likely stretch or shrink your photo if you don't get your aspect ratio's right.
Once you get your backdrop, and main photo plopped on top of it just start adding text, and other smaller photo's etc... Its time consuming but fun...
I recommend saving various copies of your work as you go along. That way if you go a direction you don't like, you can go back to a specific point and do something different. Without having to start from scratch.

Awesome looking poster board!! I use Photoshop CS3 aand do save multiple versions along the way.....As Mark mentioned, sizes will vary based on transportation means but "standard" poster boards are 18x24. I been wanting to redo mine as well and the next one may be 20x48!!
Toque, although I like the text layout on bottom, is it hard to read?

I had a larger poster board made a few years ago, and It was not until I went to a show I realized it would not fit in my trunk. I have a partition and had to drop the partition to get it in there. I find that 24x18 is just perfect and manageable.
I tape micro fiber towels to the back and if there is no wind I just prop it up on the front of my car. This size fits perfect.
Old picture with old poster board.

My car is not just a "show" car.... its a "go" car too... and the numbers to back it up.
You would be surprised how many read my poster boards at shows, and ask me about specific mods. It starts conversations and I get to meet many nice folks asking how I like this mod, and that mod. It gives them better real world information for when they choose there mods. I have even taken people out after the show to cruise around showing them different aspects of mods they are considering. I know for sure that I helped LG's sell a ton of coil overs...
