Default Greetings from new C5 Owner

Greetings, I've been on the forum for years, mostly on C3 and trolling OT. I just picked up a nice C5 to go in my stable, so I'll be trolling around in here a bit. I want to put some mild mods on (CAI, Exhaust), but it's so factory pristine right now I'm hesitant to touch it.

2001 Base Coupe
M6
33k
Light Pewter Metallic

Very first job is to pull and clean the wheels and paint the outer hubs and calipers.

Here's a pic of my 73. Cant wait to get them both out together for photo op!

I'll be lurking and surface from time to time when I'm stumped!

peace!

Good choice in color for the C5 - and looks like a real beauty. Congrats and nice stablemate for your C3.

That's a nice pair you have there.

And that's not something I would say to a guy very often.

Default Thanks!

I appreciate the welcome. I have been checking out the C5 tech sticky's and stuff and have already found some great info!

Congrats - both are very nice!

It's a blast! Only had for a few days so I need to get some miles on it and figure out shift points and all! The thing runs, drives, brakes all excellent! Keeping the wife out of it may prove to be a chore

The thought crossed my mind. I've driven both, but I kinda like the C5's. This one is virgin and was priced right!
