Default Show me your fire extinguisher set ups !!! Please !?!?!

I'm looking to mount a fire extinguisher inside my Z somehow ...somewhere. Can you post up pics' of your set ups please ????

..and...what is the best and newest fire fighting equipment that won't ruin an engine bay if the crisis were ever to arise ???? I figure it's a cheap way to not only help myself....or someone else if ever need be !

Thanks folks !

Here's my set up. Made the bracket myself, works great and it's not in the way.

you need a halon one, the dry chemical supposedly will mess up the engine.

Me personally, my plan is to let it burn. It is just a car and if it catches on fire the insurance will pay me enough to get another one.

Nice setup!!! Did you buy it with logo and everything, or was it something that you did later on?

What kind of extinguisher is it? Where did you buy it?

You have a very nice setup!

It looks from the picture that you had to modify/cut the plastic covers at the end of the seat rails to install the Brey-Krause mount, right?

Is that an R-2115?

My uncle had a car catch fire one time and a good samaritan came along and put it out just short of totaling it. He wished he hadn't come along.

Super nice!!! It's a shame that the picture is too dark and details are lost. Would it be too much to ask for a couple more pictures with a little more light?

Did you have to modify/cut the plastic covers at the end of the seat rails?

Thanks.

Congratulations, that was a great find!

So, the Brey-Krause R-2115 was designed to slip below the rail covers providing a perfect fit? That's good news Could you please confirm?

Thanks!

Yes its one from the web site. A friend of mine sold his car and I got it from him. A nice discount off the $400 ++ he paid for the whole set up too...

I have Corbeau A4 seats so I don't have the plastic covers on my seats at all. There is no where to put them. I was told however that mounting the Brey Krause mount you DO have to trim the plastic seat covers a little (if you have them on). easily done I hear.
