Bent Exhaust tip repair?
Does anyone know if exhaust shops have special tools to repair bent exhaust tips. Its an older corsa pace car system and the thing came with a huge dent in one of the tips, could have been the seller or the delivery man.
or anyone have experience using tools to reshape a tip?
Thanks for any help.

Exhaust shops usually have a flaring machine that can reshape the pipe - whether it would do a really good job on the tip would be the question. You might just take it down to a muffler shop and see what they say. Good luck - sucks that the tip was bent.

I've seen original tips cut off and new ones installed. That might be the way to go.

Flaring tools work well on straight sections of pipe. Your tip looks to have a rolled edge. I think the flaring tool is likely mess up the rolled lip, might be able to get it better, but I doubt perfect. You are probably best off seeing if you can get a tip from Corsa and cut the damaged one off and weld on the new one.
Note:
If you are going to have an exhaust shop do the work, I would make sure they use a stainless steel mig wire or filler rod. Otherwise you will see rust form on the joint with mild steel wire.
