Is Water Wetter C5 Compatible
I live in a region that never freezes (Phoenix AZ). I would like to run water wetter + distilled water in my c5's cooling system since I recently started tracking the car.
I know our C5's require special dexcool antifreeze, or this would be a no brainer...
Can I convert to water wetter without issue?

Using the correct Dexcool in a 50% mix with distilled water helps to reduce chances of corrosion and it will also raise the boiling point of the coolant.
But having an coolant boilover or a loss of a hose when on a track can be a problem for the track surface. Water alone will be absorbed into the track surface (or evaporate on hot days) but coolant mixtures can make the surface slippery. In your case, distilled water and Water Wetter should work.
But I have heard that Water Wetter has a "shelf life" when it comes to the effectiveness. Something like only 6 months to a year?? Anyone else hear or read about that? Here's some other commentary
