No the 50th Anniversary only came with one wheel option: Champagne colored thin 5 spoke aluminum wheels. The Z06 only came with one option also. The regular (base) 2003 coupe and convertible did have the magnesium wheels as an optional item you could order. I bought my 50th Anniversary in 2003 from a Chevy dealer and it came with the commemorative brochure (see attached photos) which list the only wheel option for 2003 50th Anniversary Edition Corvette. Hope this helps you.
The RPO code for the Champagne aluminum wheels on the 50th Anniversary is QD4. See my build sheet and the matching RPO Code QD4 in my glove box. If you look in the glove box of the car in question, you will see this code for the original wheels also.
Note: I have my original wheels in storage, since I updated my Vette to the C6 five spoke polished wheels ( I personally never liked the champagne wheels, always thought the beautiful dark cherry metallic red paint on the 50th Anniversary just popped to life with polished or chrome wheels). We all customize our Vettes to our own personal preference (you only live once, so might as well drive what makes you happy... right?).

Melting Slicks
Purchased August, 2022. It replaced a low mileage 1999 Convertible. It was a one owner car and the original owner passed away. Completely stock. It had a little over 15000 miles on it when purchased, I’ve put about 1000 miles on it before storing it for the winter.
