Default Rice or nice?

this mild rice, my rice meter isn't wildly going on, maybe because it says Corvette an not Brembos or something and maybe because it looks more like a cover and no Calipers. what do you think

Never did like the looks of those, Any Corvette enthusiasts will know they are fake.

Looks unsafe to me.. Seems like that would have an adverse effect on cooling. If that came off...

It seems that in pics(not close up)they look OK, but if you have ever seen them first hand they look cheap and definitely fake.

There is nothing wrong with a big brake kit even if they say brembo wilwood whatever imo... However a fake big brake kit

I think they look nice, however anyone who knows anything about Corvettes will know they are fake and that alone would bother me. So I wouldnt do them.

I think they look better than a faded caliper and dresses up the tire, JMHO. To each their own I say. The make them in Silver, Black and Red.

I bought them when they first came out...sold them right away. They do not fit well and the guy is making a killing on them at the exorbitant price they are at now. run away as fast as you can and save up for the real deal....

That's what they make caliper paint for. When your car's paint is faded, you don't just cover it up. LOL

this might be your problem, your perception is off. if it said brembo then it would look Ok and not ricey.

OK, again I am new to all this and just trying to learn and understand, so what is the real deal? New brakes, calipers and rotors????

I bought the car used and it appears mostly stock. Here is what is on there now and how I bought it. The appear silver but faded. Is this stock? What would be an upgrade? I like the look of the Black Brake covers like the red ones above. I also like the look of the highly polished,slotted, and drilled rotors. What would be the "real" upgraded look??? What are the real costs to do this type of upgrade??
