Governed C6?
I was taking a patient to the hospital yesterday when I noticed one of the doctors drove his new Z06 to work. This may not seem to strange, but I live in NW Ohio, and not only do we have snow on the ground, but a ton of salt on the roads . Anyways, we were talking about our Z06's, and he was telling me that the 6st gear is governed, and that it dosen't go any faster than 5th gear . I wasen't going to volley with him in the ER, but it seemd sort of dumb that he would say that. He also said that the undercarriage is made of magnesium, and the floor boards are made of carbon fiber and that salt won't hurt it . I guess everybody has their own way of doing things . Does anybody have an answer?

I'll bet someone in the C6/Z06 forums (main menu page) would have an answer...
