I disagree, I think if this vehicle was Electron Blue and the stripes were on the filler plate too it would look VERY good.
Even my wife said she liked this look better and she usually has no opinion.
These are the exact stripes I just recently put on my vette. My car is black with white race stripes. I however had them ship me pin stripes to follow the outside edge, so my stripes look like the shelby cobra posted above.
Easy to put on, but time consuming. Do it. You won't regret it and when you get sick of them in a few years like I'm sure I will, they peel right off.
