i can highly recommend mid america spoiler, pics.
i am extremely satisfied with mid america c5 spoiler at $465. i thought the carvaggio might be the best choice, they look identical to me, but the carvaggio was a lot more so i rolled the dice on mid america.
it took very little prep work, the body shop charged me $150 to clean up and paint. really nice fit out of the box.
also had the body shop blackout the exhaust panel, charged me $150 for satin black with clearcoat.
i used a combination of 3m VHB tape and GOOP adhesive to avoid drilling the 8 small holes for the bolts with a backer plate, which i didnt use but would be helpful if you do bolt it on.

Very nice! I've seen so many with bad gaps against the body panel...yours looks perfect; very smart of you to have it done professionally...if you had a gap, that is the only thing an onlooker is going to see...sort of like a big brown spot in your otherwise perfect front lawn.

Well I'm too lazy to lookup the C. spoiler, but I don't remember it having the slight curve to the front piece that runs down the quarters.
I think that very subtle difference significantly improves the looks. Yours looks great going on my memory of the original.
Love the blacked out exhaust especially, would be my first mod if I wasn't running a black Vette.

thanks guys, the improvements were pretty cheap.
when i say the carvaggio is identical, i should have said similar. there are definitely differences, i guess its just the type of spoiler that i like.
$$$frumnuttin, i was really suprised at the fit, mid america did a really good job on the mold, it went on with no gaps at all.

A local shop painted and installed it with 3m tape. Like you I didn't want to drill holes in the car and the 3m tape has held it fine now for over 2 years. The spoiler fit the car without any fitment issues at all..

The new spoiler looks very good on your car. The body shop did a great job.

I like both the ACI and Caravaggio spoilers. Both have a distinct personality. The ACI has a sharper downward angle, however the Caravaggio has a flatter profile and covers more of the rear fascia.

Mid-America does retail the ACI AWF740 rear spoiler. Like you I went with the double-sided 3M Automotive Acrylic Plus attachment tape (7/8 in x 20 yds PN: 06383) without adding / applying any goop adhesive and have had no problems.
I think it kind of finishes off the overall C5 design very nicely.
