I have a two car garage and 3 cars. I rent a space in a ladys garage around the corner for 50.00 a month. She is a widow and has a 3 car garage so it works for both of us. Maybe that might work for you.

if you get along well with your parents stay home a few years and save up all your cash for a house. i was home all through college, but when i did move out i had saved enough money to put a good chunk down on the house.
money down = low mortgage= better life (no money troubles and plenty of toys)

getting your own place seems to be the easiest solution.

I'd say that you would have enough room for two Corvettes with the lift. My garage is 10'2", I can get my Vette all the way up and the Wifes Bonneville under it with lots of space to spare. Just figure the Corvettes at 47" each (94") and the lift runner at 6" (100" total).
I had to modify the garage door with a high lift kit, but it works good.
