My seats are in need of love. But I have no idea how to take the seats out, or do any of these mods.
a video showing how the work is done would be great.
does it at least come with instructions? I don't even know what i'm looking at in these pics LOL

Yes, full instructions are included with the kits.
C5 seats come out with ease. There are 4 bolts and a connector or two below them. That's really it.

$80.00 bucks give A,B,C,D but I didn't see where it addressed the Steel side Bolster issue, maybe I missed it and for that I apologize in advance, but it is defintely a weak link and a problem.
