Default Corvette Wins LeMans

Ten years ago Corette Racing driving a C5-R (2001 monel) won the 24 Hours of LeMans for teh first time in there history. They just did it again to celebrate that anniversary as well as the 100 Year Anniversary of Chevrolet.
Great job Corvette Racing.

That was great to see GTE Pro on top. It was too bad for car #74. We could have easily taken 1st and second. GTE AM did well also. GO CHEVY

Forum Etiquette

Please do not post race results in the title of your thread.

Lots of folks will DVR the race and watch it later. Always title the thread "Spoiler Alert 24 Hours of LeMans" in the future.

And yes it awesome to see two Corvettes win their class and celebrate Louis Chevrolet's 100 Anniversary.

That is the overall winner, people here are talking about class wins. The P1 (prototype) catagory usually wins overall, Corvette does not compete in that catagory.

Good to see we have some race fans here! Yeah I'm proud of them, hopefully this win will carry over back in the ALMS series where they haven't had much luck since switching over to the GT2 class.
