Yeah...repeatedly someone tries to start a nice thread compiling members who have blacked out the rear of the car similar to the C5R and C6R. What happens REPEATEDLY though, is that everyone has to try and be witty posting their black car or some stupid drawings like on the last page.

So, yes...this had been tried several times...and failed every one of them because people have to try and input their predictable lame humor.

There have been plenty posted over the years. How many did you find when you used the search? I mean, the back bumper of a non-black Vette is painted black--okay. How many pics do you really need to see?

primarily looking for a torch red car with black accents...a popular new styling concept if you look around at new vehicles...BTW, search for black painted rear bumper turned up zero.

Try more than once. I just did a 10-second search simply using "black bumper", and found this thread (including red cars) on the first page of results...

No, that's not funny, n00b, and my pulse is just fine.

To the OP, I like the orange Z, and would be interested to see a TR.

I don't think it'd go well on my LMB.

Good luck!

Thought it was obvious. You are crazy if you gave up searching after entering such a long string of keywords. No wonder you didn't get any matching results. LOL! Try again using fewer. Works every time, as I posted above. Found that thread in 10 seconds. No new thread required!

Apparently I struck a sour note...so, if you would be so kind as to advise me as to where I made an error, I will take every precaution necessary not to do so in the future...

Additionally, I would like to thank you for your pointing this out in the first place. As you said, and I agree, I am a n00b and not hav become accustomed to the vagarities associated with forums...thanks again,

Tom
