Whats best to use to clean my Borla's

Le Mans Master
These things may work for just light build-up or dulling, but if like mine, where it is a thick heavy carbon build up these won't touch it (no cats and 106LSA cam). I found that carb cleaner was the only thing that worked, and it takes it right off, but be careful with it.
Then you can use these other things to polish them up more if needed.

Drifting
funny.. my wife uses this stuff on our sink, and i saw it sitting there today and thought i may give it a shot
i've always hit mine with Purple Power, let sit for 5 minutes, sprayed off and they were shiny. it'd be nothing at all to polish them from there, but being catless on an LS1 the thing's look like hell with all the oil burn unless i do this every week anyway.

Lots of great choices listed above. Pick one and go!
If none of the simpler choices work, JW's kit WILL.
Used it on my Borlas, now they're easy to KEEP clean.
