Are your Michelin Pilot Sport ZP's noisy?
I put Michelin Pilot Sport ZP's on my 2000 coupe and have about 8,000 miles on them - the rear's are beginning to sound like mudgrips!
Anyone else have this issue or do I need to have a rep look at them?

Originally, my Michelins were much quieter than the Goodyear RunCraps that were originally on it - I had a 4 wheel alignment done when I put them on so they shouldn't be out of line...might get a rep to look at them.

People always compare their old, worn out tires to the new tires. Any tire will get rougher and noisier with wear. Not a fair comparison.
I always find it amazing how much a difference a 1/2 inch of rubber (new tread) can make in the ride. I remember when people shaved tread off of new tires for racing, to make them handle better.
