Default Lowering Question

I'm thinking about lowering the rear only; will this do any harm to the suspension or throw off the handling?

If the rear sits lower than the front the active handling system won't be happy.

you definately want to lower the front and rear not only will it ride funny but also look funny

Okay I should have explained it better....I want to lower the rear so it's level with the front...so I don't have that 70's-80's jacked up rearend look that I have now..... does this make sense?

You want to maintain some rake, or you will have active handling issues.

Aerodynamically and handling wise, the front end is supposed to be approximately 3/8" to 1/2" lower. If level it can generate lift at higher speeds.

Wrong. Active handling would not be an issue. On the other hand, lift at high speeds would....
