It's 4* out there, and let's just say, when you "just" tip in to boost, T/C kicks on rather quickly and the engine note becomes much louder!!

I love it. Kind of weird though..I guess it's how the intercooler sits...the middle portion of the spoiler is scraping constantly. Small price to pay for efficent charge temps I guess!!!

I'm smitten!!

Did you have a ecs alky kit put in to or are those dyno numbers without it?

Congrats on your new found power.
I would love to have one of their units on my Z.
I have heard that their(ECS) inter cooler unit sets a little low .
Is your car lowered in the front @ all?
With the extra weight of the charger/parts, you may want to bring the front up an inch or so? Sooner the better.
Your car looks gorgeous, even setting out in the Burrrrre! Cold.

PS Thanks for sharing your experience & great photos.

bumble-z

yep, it's all the way down on stock bolts. umm, that may be changing soon hehe. i kinda want to keep the intercooler from being bashed up so perhaps i'll put it back to stock height. thanks for the kind words. she's filthy!! the first warm(er) day, it's getting a nice sudsy bath and maybe a re-fresher coat of zaino.

i am definitely driving it around today even though i have nothing to do!! it's awesome!!!

E C S FOR THE WIN!

You really shouldn't drive that car in those temps. I suggest you let some guy in Upstate, SC keep it until maybe May or June.

If the roads are clear, I'm drivin' the sob!

Was -3 this a.m. as I left for work. Man, ECS kicks azz! This car behaves E X A C T L Y like it did w/o the huffer. Now, ease in to the pedal and it's a snotty attitude Z! Love it. Two personalities. Tame, and Terror!!!

I think I'm going to sleep in it again tonight

This was from this a.m.
