Community post

Leave your reason here. My reason is:

.......I hurt my back and can barely walk, pinched nerve. I will be OK in a couple of days

Feel free to add your own reason, cool or not

Just don't say it was raining or the eyes will be rolling

Your up

But it ain't funny. I did the same thing Monday. Picked up a plastic bag, hooked on the clamp of the x-pipe, coming from a show Saturday, so Monday, jacked the car up, got under to clean off as much as I could, and yep, somewhere along the jacking, crawling, getting up, aggravated the old back problem again, and basically been out of action the last couple of days.

That's my story....and I'll survive!

I could not drive my Vette today because,,,,I was working in my truck and out campaigning for office for the first time. My truck holds more campaign signs than the Vette!

Couldn't drive my vette the last 3 days cause I've been home with a nasty stomach flu and I had to be close to my throne!!!

Only reason I have for not driving mine today was that I spent all day detailing it. Got pretty dirty from the trip to Memphis for St. Jude and finally found time to get it back in shape.

... It was raining like it never has before, the wind was strong 45-50MPH, I thought if I took it out then a tree might fall onto it......
Plus I had to work.... Will be able to drive it on Friday and Sat on a trip to Beechwood NJ to see the in-laws.

Hope all you guys that are sick and injured at felling better soon.

--------Thanks bud

It stormed like mad here yesterday, power outages, trees down, I was kinda glad I did not drive it, I hate hitting a small branch that I could not avoid, so that reason is certainly valid.

Why would rain keep someone from driving the Vette?

I could not drive my vette today because... hubby is on 3-11 shift and I'm going to let him drive her. She'll be here full of gas and all clean for me when I get home from work.
