Default Vortech Supercharger

Well what I was told is true, Vortech will not support their Superchargers ! After repeated request for help on replacing my SC drive belt I give up. I see about a thousand Corvette owners a year and will not not recommend a Vortech Supercharger to them. I am also a member of some forums and will post this item on them. "Do not buy a Vortech Supercharger for your Corvette". "Do not buy a car that has a Vortech Supercharger installed"

Maybe you should sell your supercharger cause you cant change a belt or find instruction's, Vortech makes some really nice head units. Ton's of people on here running them without a problem.

You sound really befuddled and need to explain your comments. It's one thing to be upset with a person or company but it is also necessary to properly communicate your reasons

I agree. Why would you make such a vague and fruitless post?

Interesting. I have a V2 setup on my car and was able to get a replacement and spare belt a few weeks ago with no major problems.

Really, how hard is it to go to your local parts store and buy a new one!?If the numbers and lettering are worn off they can still measure it and match you right up!Its just a belt after all...........

Take yours off and go to your favorite local parts store and get a new one,or have the place that works on your car get you one.

I don't think it's a common belt size.

Just curious, what kind of help do you need? It sounds like you bought a car that already had a Vortech head unit on it. Was it installed with a Vortech kit or an A&A kit? What size pulley does it have? What series head unit is it? If you don't know the answer to these questions I doubt anyone would be able to help you.

A&A Corvette has now sold over 1000 of their kits, and we have sold several A&A kits this year. Vortech makes an excellent product, maybe the OP should explain his problem.......

I did alot of research before installing a Vortec SC. It is a
outstanding blower and A&A is a outstanding company.

I am very confused by your post. Like the man says-it's not
hard at all to locate a belt.
