19x14 possible??...Yes it is!
My journey began when I found used L5 fenders for a good price. I couldn’t find a new set of rims that really appealed to me like what I currently had. So I had custom barrels made…twice…which was a major headache!
First time, I purchase 345 tires while waiting for the barrels which were being built to 13” wide. I waited close to 7 months to finally get them just to find out the offset was wrong. It sat .75” too far in and to make things worse the company went out of business. But luckily I found out they were a middle company and not the manufacturer.
Second time, I found the manufacturer to modify the barrel adding 1” to the front half making the rim 14” wide. This meant my 345s that I had sitting around for a yr were useless and luckily the vender was kind enough to refund the full purchase price to apply towards new 355s which is the widest tire made for a 19” rim.
After finally getting everything together and mounting the rims I was more happy than a pig in sh*t. I lowered the rear on aftermarket bolts to get the stance right and there are no rubbing issues of any kind…here’s some pics…

That's the widest tire I've ever seen under a C5!

In my opinion I feel the rear tires are about 1.5 to 2 inch too wide, They appear to stick out past the fender well just a bit too much for me, Same for the front, Maybe an inch there, But this isn't my car so it really doesn't matter.

Ya gotta' post a full rear shot of that baby's rear guy!
And don't forget to get some light on those babies when you shoot the pics!
